"They were all exciting bouts, a typical St. Marks-William Penn Wrestling match is always fun to be to see. 26 kids give everything they got and that is what you saw tonight. It is very special for high school wrestling when you see this many people to come out on a Thursday night and to appreciate the job the media did publicizing the match I think that it shows when you have something exciting all through the crowds, to me it is all about fun. That is what amateur and high school wrestling is all about and you have to applaud both groups of kids and next week in the dual meet tournament it means something." said William Penn Coach Jack Holloway.

"Stoney Graves had the heart and mind, and he did it for us. They were both tired but a superb effort on both Graves and Willis. Same with Kenny Krygier at 112, down 6-1 won 7-6 that had to be the match of the day. We had two of our top wrestlers beat tonight and we still won and I like that because next week could be a different story with the upcoming Delaware Dual Meet State Wrestling Tournament on Wednesday at Delaware State.

In one match I remember we were down 26-9 and came back with 3 matches to go this was one of the best comebacks that I have seen in a long time."
