#1 Caravel advances to the Championship Game with a convincing 54-36 win over Tatnall. Taylor Wilkins led the Bucs with 18 points, 12 rebounds and 3 blocked shots. Tatnall's Emma Kirby suffered a game-ending knee injury in the second quarter after already reaching double figures with 10 points and 12 rebounds. The Bucs reach the final for the 6th time in 10 years and are looking for their first Championship.




The Sanford Warriors, the #2 seed, will take on the Bucs after their 43-26 win over #6 Ursuline. Azareya Kilgoe had 13 points and Dallas Pierce 12 to help Sanford advance. The game against Caravel will be a rematch of the 2019 Championship Game which Sanford won 51-49. Two freshmen from the Bucs team, Wilkins and 2-time Gatorade Player of the Year, India Johnston, were on that Caravel team as was Amiya Carroll from Sanford.








Polytech senior Kade Seip has signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer at Eastern University.







Polytech's Megan Popp signed a National Letter of Intent to play field hockey at Towson University.






Caesar Rodney's Clay Friend has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for Salisbury University. He will become a Seagull this Fall.









Caravel's Mike Kling was accepted into, and will wrestle for, Williamson College of the Trades, in the sought after Power Plant Technology Department.





Cape Henlopen's Morgan Mahoney signed an NLI to play basketball for Millersville University in PA. She is one of DIBCA's top 15 South players this year.






Caesar Rodney's Stacey Deputy is signed to play softball with Kennesaw State in Georgia. She is also one of DIBCA's top 15 South basketball players.
