2022 DIAA Individual Wrestling State Championships - Final Results

Gabe Giampietro of Smyrna was named the tournament's outstanding wrestler. He won all four of his matches by pin as did Jack Thode of Milford. Giampietro and Caravel's Alex Poore become 4-time State Champions.
