Statistical Standouts from 1-8-26

Girls Track:

Aaliyah Turpin (Pictured) from Smyrna broke a 40-year-old Delaware State record when she ran a 7.97 in the 55-Meter Hurdles.

Izzy Daniel from Tower Hill broke the school record in the Girls Mile with a time of 5:13.00

Danielle Soleye from Tower Hill broke the school record in the Triple Jump with a leap of 33-4.

Boys Track:

Xavier Twyman from Tower Hill broke the school record in the 400 Meters with a time of 51.98

Boy's Basketball:

Nicholas Baysah from Howard scored 25 points for the Wildcats in their 89-24 win over Brandywine.

Vincent Starr from Conrad scored 21 points as the Red Wolves beat Wilmington Charter 79-44.

Girls Basketball:

Tori Richardson scored 20 points for Odessa in the Ducks 60-11 win over Christiana.

Lauren Moore from McKean scored 27 points and Jaelynn Edwards had 20 for the Highlanders as they beat Mt. Pleasant 50-41. Omarri Scott had 26 for the Green Knights.

Amalia Fruchtman scored 27 for Cape Henlopen in the Vikings 47-24 win over Caesar Rodney.

Lykira Davis scored 23 for Howard as the Wildcats were victorious against Brandywine 56-18.
