#9 Dover roared back from a 7-point deficit in the 4th quarter of this quarterfinal game with the top seed from Salesianum to send the game into overtime. Justin Molen hit a big three-point shot for Salesianum and they maintained control of the boards for the balance of the game to advance to the semifinal round. Molen led all scorers with 19 points.

#4 Howard wins the battle with #5 Sanford 46-41. They will get to play Salesianum in a rematch of a regular-season game they won against the Sals 62-59. This is a long-time, inner-city rivalry game between these two schools and is the marquis match-up of the semifinals.

#10 Seaford made sure that #18 St. Andrews didn't come close to another upset in this tournament as the Blue Jays win by 24, 70-46.

#22 St. Marks takes Tower Hill to triple overtime only to fall 2 points short. An attempt to score a game-winning, buzzer-beating three pointer was swatted away into the Tower Hill bleachers by Dylan Shepard. The Hillers get to take on Seaford in a contest between two schools which have rarely seen each other in head-to-head, team-to-team competition over the decades.

The Padua Competitive Cheer Team won the Delaware State Championship, placing first in the Large Varsity and Game Day divisions
