Dickinson's David Lee won his 200th match as Head Coach of the Rams Volleyball team. The victory came against Providence Christian Academy.

Luca Pompeii from Salesianum reached the 100-point milestone for his career with the Sals Boy's Lacrosse team.

The Fightin Blue Hens Men's Lacrosse team are the 2023 CAA Champions for the second year in a row. They head into the first round of the NCAA Tournament to take on Marist College.

For the first time in program history, the Wilmington Wildcat Men's Track team captured the CACC Championship. They defeated three-time champ Georgian Court by 10 points. The title came down to the final event, and the 4x400 meter relay team raced to a second-place finish to clinch the title.

For the fourth time in program history, the Wilmingont Wildcat Softball Team won the CACC Tournament Championship, coming from the elimination bracket to defeat Georgian Court twice this past weekend. They beat the Lions, 7-3, in game one, using a six-run fourth inning. Kylee Gunkel then threw a complete-game 5-hit shutout to secure the Championship.

John Growbowski from William Penn threw a perfect game against Brandywine. He struck out 11 Bulldogs in the 10-0 win and drove in three runs to help his own cause.

The Archmere Auks have clinched the Diamond State Conference Girl's Lacrosse regular-season Championship. They are 13-0 at this writing with a tough game against 11-1 Tatnall in a non-conference battle next on their schedule.

The Archmere Boy's Lacrosse team are the champions of the DIamond State Conference as well. They have a 9-3 record at this writing and a three-game lead over the second place Charter Schools of Newark and Wilmington.

Taylor Wroten from the U of DE softball team recorded her 200th career strikeout for the Blue Hens.

The Blue Hens are the regular season Softball Champions clinching the crown with a 5-0 win over Hampton University.

That 5-0 win came courtesy of a no-hitter thrown by Emily Winburn. It was the 17th no-hitter in program history for the Blue Hens.

Alyx Beard from Biship Lynch HS in Rowlett, TX has signed an NLI to attend Delaware State University where she will join the Women's Soccer team.

Ahsia Thomas from Chambersburg Area HS in PA has signed an NLI to come to Delaware State University. She will join the Soccer team.

Logan Gibbons from St. Marks, and the Boy's Lacrosse team, saved his 200th career shot for the Spartans.

Archmere's Chris Albero, the quarterback for the Auks football team, has signed his NLI to attend Franklin & Marshall College in PA. He will play for the football team.

Mike Kawalec from Archmere is heading the Penn State where he will join the Track & Field team.

Annamaria Decamp from Archmere is heading the College of the Holy Cross where she will join their Track & Field team.

Mikayla Romeo from Tatnall is going to join the Track & Field team at Loyola University Maryland.

Tatnall's Olivia Perrin is heading the University of Mary Washington where she will play Field Hockey.

Tatnall's Dave Hoffman is heading the U of Utah where he will become a member of the Ute's Cycling team.

Kali Clayton from the Tatnall Girl's Lacrosse team has signed her NLI to attend Hofstra University where she will play more lacrosse.

Elle Roberts from Caesar Rodney picked up her 100th career point for the Riders Girl's Lacrosse team. She is just a sophomore.

The Caesar Rodney Riders are the Regular Season Henlopen Conference Champions in Boy's Tennis. They are 13-1 with just one non-conference match to go and undefeated in the conference.

The Cavaliers of Middletown are the Blue Hen Flight A Champions in Girl's Lacrosse. They have a 7-7 record at this writing and were unbeaten in Conference play.

The Dickinson Rams Girls Track Team are Champions of the Blue Hen Conference for 2023.
