Cael Denigris from Delaware Military Academy recorded his 100th career win with the Seahawks Wrestling program





Hayden Moaney from Delaware Military Academy won his 100th career wrestling match. His and Cael Denigris's milestone wins came at the Golden Bear Duals in Upper Moreland PA.






Delaney Burroughs from Odessa scored the 1000th point of her basketball career. The milestone points came in a 30-point effort. It was her 5th 30-point game of the year.





















Sanford's Jordan Spencer has signed his commitment letter to attend Penn State Harrisburg where he will play basketball






Griffin Patterson from St. Andrews has committed to attend MIT where he will join the Football program.






Sanford's Carson Kalish broke the 200 free school record with a time of 1:48.17. The record was previously held by Aaron Lafferty ‘19. Carson now has four of the eight individual records and is a member of the relay team that has three Sanford records.








Delaware Military Academy Head Baseball Coach Aaron Lewis received the Tubby Raymond Award by the Delaware Sportswriters and Broadcasters Association as the STATES 2023 Coach of the Year. He is the first baseball coach to win the award which has been presented since 2000.
