Patrick Young from Sanford committed to attend Del Tech where he will join the Mens Lacrosse Team.




The Delaware Volleyball Player of the Year, Anna Richardson from Smyrna, signed a National Letter of Intent to attend West Chester University where she will become a Golden Ram.






Olivia Datilio from St. Marks is heading to NJ to extend her education at Drew University in Madison where she will play for the Softball team.







Appoquinimink wins the Girls Blue Hen Flight A Basketball regular season title. They are 9-7 at this writing but the in-conference victories, particularly over Odessa and Middletown, earned them their championship.





Delaware Military Academy captured the DSAC Wrestling title for the regular season. They were undefeated in conference and at 8-0 still unbeaten overall at this writing.







Sanford named their Warriors of the week. For the boys it is Clifton Wise from the basketball team. For the girls it was Gabriela Domenick from the basketball team.






Freshman Izzy Daniel broke her second school record for the Tower Hill Indoor Track team. The new record in the 3200 meter run for the girls is 11:23.39.
