Ella Price from Caesar Rodney has committed to attend Bridgewater College in Virginia where she will join the Women's Lacrosse Team.







At the Millrose Games, Anna Bockius, Sophia Holgado, Kelsey Wolff, & Molly Flanagan of Padua's 4x800 relay team ran a time of 8:49.9. It was an Armory facility and meet record. Best time in USA this season, 3rd all-time and, of course, a new Delaware State record.







Madison Hranicka from the U of DE Women's Lacrosse team was named the Co-Defensive Player of the Week in the CAA.






Steph Marszal from the UD Women's Lacrosse team was named the CAA Rookie of the Week.







Shane Caleb from Red Lion Christian has committed to attend Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh where he will join the football program.







Logan Gibbons from St. Marks has committed to attend Curry College in Massachusetts where he will play Lacrosse.









Jyare Davis from the U of Delaware's Men's Basketball team was named the CAA Player of the Week.







Mike Robinson from the U of Delaware's Men's Lacrosse Team was named the CAA Player of the Week. He scored 7 goals in the opening weekend of the season for the Blue Hens.






Amiri Stewart from Wilmington University was named the CACC Co-Defensive Player of the Week for the Men's Basketball team.







At the Henlopen Conference Swimming Championships, the Cape Henlopen 200 medley relay team of Shane Toback, Holden Tighe, Brian Fleming and Kevin Lewandowski set a new record with a time of 1:40.51. They also broke the 400 free relay record with a time of 3:18.63.





Gracie Maughan from Sussex Academy broke the Henlopen Conference Championship record in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 57.63






Anna Mumford from Sussex Academy broke the Henlopen Conference Championship record in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:54.34





The Cape Henlopen boys’ swim team earned a first-place finish in the Henlopen Conference Championships. The also took top honors in the Northern Division.





The Sussex Academy girls’ swim team wonthe Henlopen Conference Championship. The Seahawks also won the Southern Division Championship.




The Cape Henlopen girls’ team took the Northern Division title in the Henlopen Conference.






The Sussex Academy boys’ swim team won the Southern Division of the Henlopen Conference.







Caravel Academy's 200 Medley Relay team of Jordan McConnell, Katelyn Miller, Molly Wilson, and Hannah Li broke their own school record with a time of 2:03.74.
