Conrad's Alyssa Napier competed at the North Shore Pre-Nationals meet at the Armory in the Bronx. She ran the 400m with a time of 58.84 which is a school record and a Nike Nationals Emerging Elite qualifying time. This earned her 3rd place. Alyssa also ran the 200m at the meet finishing in 26.43 -another school record. She finished in 6th place.

The Odessa Boy's 4x200 relay team of Jordan Hollis, Michael Latham, Daniel Kissi and Kasai Truitt have run the second fastest time in state history .06 off the State Record for a new school record.

Angelica Febres from San Juan, PR, has signed a commitment letter to attend Goldey Beacom College where she will join the Volleyball team.

The Sussex Central Golden Knights are the Delaware Division 1 Dual Meet Wrestling Champions. The complete a 15-0 perfect season winning their 3rd overall State Championship. They also won in 2008 and 2017.

The Seahawks of Delaware Military Academy cap off a perfect dual meet season of their own at 11-0. They beat St. Marks in the Division 2 State Championship to capture their second State Championship in a row.
