Tatnall beat their conference rivals, the Hillers from Tower Hill, 40-33. Junior Quarterback Quinn DeViere threw for 342 yards and 6 touchdowns. Senior Chris Gordon caught 10 passes for 205 yards and 4 of those touchdowns. Jude Maycole caught the other two and had 109 yards receiving on 3 catches. The Hornets are 6-0. The Hillers 4-2.

Woodbridge beat Milford 42-6. Kam'Ren Johnson rushed 5 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns. Malachi Hayers had 126 rushing yards. The Blue Raiders are 5-1 in 2A3

Sussex Tech beat Concord 41-0. Kyle Thompson scored two touchdowns on 144 yards rushing. Isaiah Jones ran for 162 yards and a score for the Ravens. They improve to 4-2 overall.

St. Georges beat Middletown in straight sets to improve to 10-2. Kayla Riley had 14 kills for the Hawks. The Cavaliers are 9-2.

Mt. Pleasant beat Christiana in 4 sets. Airyn Zimmerman led the Green Knights with 13 kills and 16 digs. She was the Green Knights Female Athlete of the Month for September.

Tower Hill beat Wilmington Charter in an epic 5-set match. The Hillers setter, Sophomore Parker Lewicky, had 51 assists in the contest. Sydney Fischer had 27 kills and Lydia Spencer had 25. The Hillers are 9-1 this year and currently hold the best winning percentage in the state. The Force are 8-3.

The Spartans of Lake Forest mounted a big-time comeback against Sussex Academy after dropping the first two sets against the Seahawks. The deciding set went to extra points to add to the excitement. Pacey Hill led Lake Forest with 22 kills. They are now 8-3 for the season.
