Ava Perucci from Appoquinimink's Softball team had a big day in a Jaguars win against William Penn. She went 5-5 at the plate, hitting for the Cycle, scoring 4 times, and setting a team record for RBI's in a game with 10.

Morgan Hess from the U of DE was named the Co-Player of the Week in the CAA for the Blue Hens Softball team. She hit .500 for the week and also threw a no-hitter.

Brandon Cooper from Conrad set a new record for the Boys Track team. He ran a 44.54 in the 300 meter hurdles.

Aaron Lewis, the Head Baseball Coach at Delaware Military, won the 150th game of his career at the helm of the Seahawks. This is his 11th year leading the team.
