Field Hockey

Delmar improves to 9-0 as they beat Sussex Academy 10-0. Maci Bradford scored 5 more goals for the Wildcats and added an assist.

Tatnall improves to 8-0 with an 8-0 victory over Sanford. Rachael Whitehead scored three and Lydia Colasante scored twice for the Hornets.

Boy's Soccer

Parmeet Singh scored the lone goal in a clash of D1 and D2 titans. The Buccaneers of Caravel can currently lay claim to the state's best overall team as they beat Appoquinimink 1-0.

Volleyball

Miranda Ting and Haden Helojoki combined for 35 kills and the Force of Wilmington Charter comes from behind 2 sets to 1 to beat Padua 3 sets to 2. The loss drops Padua to 2-4 and the Force improve to 4-4. Strength of schedule is going to be very important for both of these very good teams come tournament seeding time.

Caravel hands Smyrna their first loss of the season but needed 5 sets to do it. Laila Glover led the Bucs with 13 kills and Morgan Moxley had 27 assists. A big win for Caravel and they improve to 6-2 overall with the Eagles now 7-1. Anna Richardson for Smyrna had 16 kills to lead all scorers.
