Izzy Wade from Indian River HS has committed to play softball for Lynchburg University in VA.

Field Hockey

Marcelle Kappes scored three times for St. Marks as the Spartan field hockey team downed Middletown 5-1. They are now 5-3 on the season as Middletown slips to 4-4.

Yamir Knight had three touchdowns in the first half for Smyrna as the Eagles scored 42 point in those first two quarters. Final score here was Smyrna 42 and St. Georges 6.

Salesianum beat Caesar Rodney 46-8. QB Ryan Stoehr only threw the ball 13 times but four of those were for touchdowns as the Sals improve to 4-1. Ceasar Rodney is now 0-6.

Quasim Benson scored 5 more touchdowns for St. Elizabeth's as the Vikings took care of Indian River by a score of 39-14.

Dominick Pietlock scored three touchdowns, 2 rushing and 1 receiving, as Tower Hill beat St. Andrews 47-7.

Red Lion put up 54 first-half points on its way to a 60-0 win over Early College School. Evan Budinger was 14/16 for 301 yards and threw 6 TD's. Seth McGroerty had 5 rec for 161 yds and 2 TD's and Kyle Manley 4 rec for 102 yds and 2 TD's

Roger Pavon and Yajir Duarte each had two goals and an assist as Christiana shutout Lake Forest 4-0.

Dilber Saenz recorded a hat trick for Delmar. The Wildcats beat the Salisbury School 5-0.
