Tessa Kwiatkowski from Delmarva Christian recorded her 1000th career assist for the Royals. She was honored in a match against Lake Forest.




Field Hockey


Delmar improves to 12-0 with an 8-0 win over Lake Forest. Josie Hollamon and Maci Bradford each scored three goals for the Wildcats.

Dru Moffett scored three goals and had three goals and two assists. Bree Moffett had 2 and 2. The Smynra Eagles beat Sussex Central 9-1. Their next game is against undefeated Archmere at Turf Bowl this weekend.

Dover took Caesar Rodney into overtime but the Riders prevailed 3-2. Hannah Glanden scored her second goal of the game and it was the game-winner in OT. The Riders are now 7-3. Dover falls to 3-8.

Boy's Soccer



Wilmington Charter beat St. Andrews 6-2. Michael Capretto scored three goals and assisted on another for the now 6-1 Force.




Salesianum was all over Archmere 8-0. Aiden Gonzalez scored three times for the Sals. They are now 9-1 for the year.

The Senators of Dover avenged their field hockey sisters with an overtime goal against Caesar Rodney to win 3-2. Abram Leal scored twice and his second was the game-winner. Dover is now 5-4-1. The Riders are 6-3.






Three goals and an assist for Joshua Freeman and his Hawks of St. Georges beat MOT Charter 5-0.

The Hawks are now 6-4. The Mustangs fall to 3-5-1







Volleyball



St. Marks looked to start a new winning streak after their 42-match streak was snapped. They took that first step with a 3-0 victory over Appoquinimink. Ava Borcky led the Spartans with 12 kills.

Julia Yurkovich recorded her 750th career kill in the match.




Newark Charter sweeps Padua in 3 sets. The Patriots are now 10-1. The Pandas are now 3-6. Devin Diodato led Newark Charter with 21 assists.

Laurel High football player Kylse Wilson ran for 274 yards and three touchdowns in the Bulldogs’ 42-0 win over Woodbridge





Dover High football player John Parker scored three touchdowns and a combined 202 yards receiving and rushing in the Senators’ 27-14 win over Appoquinimink.





Cape Henlopen High football player Maurki James ran 18 times for 231 yards and four touchdowns in the Vikings’ 42-14 win at Delmar.






Delmar High field hockey player Maci Bradford scored six goals and added an assist in two wins for the Wildcats.
