The Sanford Warriors are the 2023 Delaware Girls Basketball Champions. They beat Ursuline 58-46 in the final game. Head Coach Marcus Thompson wins his 5th championship leading the Warriors.

Dallas Pierce scored 24 points including her 1000th career point to lead the Warriors to victory.

Isaiah Hynson scored 20 points for Salesianum in the State Basketball Championship Game to help lead the Sals to a 48-44 victory. With the championship, the Sals sweep the Winter championships also winning the Dual Meet Wrestling title, the Swimming title, the Indoor Track crown and the Philadelphia Catholic League Ice Hockey championship. Head Coach Taylor Trevisan wins his first championship leading the Sals to their third Basketball Championship in school history.

Mania Tasakou set a new U of Delaware program record in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:14.81

The Blue Hens Gavin Currie is the Mens 200 Backstroke CSCAA Champion setting a new record time of 1:42.33. This is a record for the NIC, CAA and the UD Swim program.

Aislinn Mitchell set a new record time of 54.15 in the 100 Butterfly for the Blue Hen's Swimming Team at the CSCAA Championships.

Delaware State Hornet Freshman guard Jevin Muniz was voted to the All-MEAC Rookie Team. Muniz has started 28 games for the Hornets and has average 7.5ppg, 3.3rpg and 2.3apg.

Delaware State Hornet Sophomore guard Martaz Robinson was voted to the All-MEAC Third Team. Martaz averaged 16.4ppg, 6.4rpg, 2.5apg while shooting 45% from the field and 41% from three for the Hornets in conference.

U of Delaware's Owen Grant became reached the 100 Caused Turnover milestone for the Lacrosse Team. He is one of just two active players in the nation to reach that mark.
