UD's Emily Winburn earned the CAA's Pitcher of the Week honor. Winburn posted a 2-0 record with a 0.50 ERA as Delaware swept the weekend series in their first home games of the season. The senior allowed just one run on five hits in a complete game effort in Delaware's 3-1 victory on Saturday afternoon in the weekend opener. She came back on Sunday and threw Delaware's first shutout of the season, going the distance while allowing just five hits. Winburn has now tossed seven complete games on the season and leads the CAA in wins (8), strikeouts (56) and innings pitched (79.1).
