Wilmington's Tiffany Banning was named the CACC Track Rookie of the Week after her efforts at West Chester last weekend. Tiffany placed eighth overall in the 1,500-meter race, with a school record-setting time of 4:58.93, and now has the fifth-best time in the CACC this season.
