University of Delaware freshman outfielder Katie Scheivert has been named the CAA Rookie of the Week. The honor, which is the third of the season for Scheivert, recognizes her performance in Delaware's four games last week.
Scheivert helped Delaware to a 3-1 week and a fifth-straight CAA series win, hitting .455 (5-for-11) with four RBI and two runs scored while recording a pair of multi-hit efforts
Ella Koechert from Ursuline Academy scored the 100th goal of her career for the Girl's Lacrosse team. It came in a 17-9 win against St. Marks.
Connor Stockton from St. Marks has committed to Alvernia University in PA where he will join the Men's Lacrosse program.
Matt Duarte from Caravel Academy scored the 200th goal of his career for the Buccaneers Boy's Lacrosse team. The goal came in a victory against Milford HS.
