Kylie Harris from Indian River scored her 150th career goal for the Girl's Lacrosse team. It came in a game, and a victory against Newark.





Polytech's Mara Everton recorded the 100th strikeout of the year in a 7-2 win against Cape Henlopen for the Panther's softball team.

Kasey Xenidis from Caravel Academy threw a no-hitter against Newark Charter. She struck out 8 in the Buccaneers victory.






Six Wilmington Wildcat softball players earned All-CACC honors. There were three Major Award winners as well, as Lexi Moore was named the 2023 Player of the Year; Kylee Gunkel was named the Pitcher of the Year; and Mike Shehorn was named the Coach of the Year!!

Named to the First Team All-CACC were Lexi Moore, Kylee Gunkel, Taylor Gillis, and Sara Miller. Named to the Second Team All-CACC were Delanie Sheehan and Jess Reed






Gage Moody from Red Lion Christian recently signed his letter of intent to play college football for Waynesburg University in PA.











Max Garcia from AI duPont recorded his 100th point for the Tiger's Boy's Lacrosse team and his career.






Tatnall's Isaiah Sales has signed his NLI to attend Robert Morris University where he will join the basketball team.






Delmar's Jordyn Bunting has committed to attend Wingate University in North Carolina. She will play for the field hockey team.






Delmar sophomore Ryder Keidel threw a no-hitter against Lake Forest. The Wildcats beat the Spartans 4-0 as Keidel struck out 12 in the victory.







Ella Vandervort from Odessa and the Girl's Lacrosse team reached a milestone for the Ducks. She saved the 100th shot of her career.






Appoquinimink's Avery Jones scored the 100th goal of her career for the Jaguars Girl's Lacrosse team.







Three Appoquinimink Jaguar Girl's Soccer players have just celebrated signings of NLI's. From left to right sitting down are Sydney Donovan who is heading to Bloomsburg University in PA, Josephine Parson is headed to Ursinus College in PA, and Isabella Mazzone is also headed to PA where she will play for St. Joseph's University.

Izabella Rodriguez will head to Greensburg, PA where she will play softball for Seton Hill University.






T.J. Hastings is headed to Virginia where he will join the Cavaliers Men's Soccer team.





William Burge is headed to Erie, PA where he will attend Gannon University and play for the Men's Soccer program.






Aiden Groves from the Appoquimink Boy's Lacrosse team is headed to Kentucky to join the Bellarmine University Lacrosse team.




Nicolas Ruberto from Appoquinimink has signed his NLI to attend Neumann University in PA where he will play for the Men's Lacrosse team.






David Lubrano is headed to Frederick, MD where he will play Lacrosse for Hood College.








Ethan Parker will stay in state to play Lacrosse for Delaware Tech.







Zachary Redding from the Swimming team has signed his NLI to attend Old Dominion University in Virginia.






Avery Rosan from Polech has signed an NLI to attend Lycoming University in PA. He will join the wrestling team.






Cape Henlopen's Storm Carlisle is heading to Northern Vermont where he will join the Lyndon University Baseball team.






Dalton Deevey is committed to attend Centenary University in NJ where he will join the wrestling program.







Sommer Dorman is headed to Lock Haven University in PA. She will play field hockey.






Owen Smith is committed to attend Webber International University in Florida where he will play basketball for the Warriors.







Brian Sponaugle is heading west to Indiana where he will run XC and Track for Valparaiso University.





Three Wilmington Wildcats that earned a spot on the 2023 CACC Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Teams.

Freshman Ella Royer was named a First Team midfielder while juniors Amelie Gamache and Makenzie Stritzinger were named Second Team All-CACC midfielders.









The Wilmington University Baseball team are the Champions of the CACC South Division for 2023.



The Caesar Rodney Riders are the Girl's Tennis Champions for the Henlopen Conference regular season. They are 12-0 at this writing.





The Champions of the regular season in Baseball for the Henlopen South are the Indians of Indian River. They are 12-2 at the moment waiting to play either Cape Henlopen or Sussex Tech for the overall title.






With their current 12-0 record, the Cavaliers of Middletown Boy's Lacrosse clinched the Championship of the Blue Hen Flight A Conference.





The Diamond State Athletic Conference Girls' Track Champions are the Auks of Archmere Academy.






The Seahawks of Delaware Military Academy are the Boys Champions in Track and Field of the Diamond State Athletic Conference for 2023.
