In the Middletown - Appoquinimink game on Friday night, all of the points were scored in the 3rd quarter including one by the defense on an interception and one on special teams on a punt return.


The Cavs will now play Salesianum next week as they beat Sussex Central 34-12





The Quakers of Wilmington Friends had to come from behind twice to beat Delmar and do so in overtime.

Down 14-7 in the 4th quarter, Avery Gaines caught a 12-yard pass from Robby Tattersall to tie the game and send it to overtime. In the 5th period, the Wildcats Jaylin Warner scored his 3rd touchdown of the game rushing in from 5 yards. Delmar didn't convert the extra point. Tattersall hit Gaines again for the game-tying touchdown and Alessio Christanetti-Walker, the all-conference kicker, and all-state soccer player, kicked the game-winning extra point.


The Quakers will now take on Woodbridge in the semifinal round.





Archmere rolls over St. Marks 41-0. Quarterback Chris Albero had himself a day throwing for 3 touchdowns on 8-11 passing and 175 yards. He also rushed for 80 yards, kicked two 35-yard field goals and was 4-4 on extra points. Declan Pearson had a combined 114 yards rushing and receiving.


Tatnall wins its first playoff game in 40 years as they beat Seaford 15-12. They advance to the semifinals to play St. Elizabeth's on 12-4 at 7 at Abessinio Stadium.


DMA downs Caravel 33-0. They will advance to play at Archmere on 12-4 at noon.


Indian River beats St. Andrews 36-0. They will face Laurel in the Class A semifinal Friday at Laurel at 7pm.
