Two Middletown Cavaliers officially sign their National Letters of Intent this week to compete at the collegiate level. Gabby Riley will stay in state to attend the U of Delaware where she will play soccer for the Blue Hens. Bella Walsh is headed to Villanova in PA where she will run Cross Country and Track for the Wildcats.





Christopher Foster from St. Marks is headed to Illinois where he will attend Millikin University and will wrestle for the Big Blue.




Jack MacDonald from St. Marks has committed to attend Roanoke College in Virginia. He will join the Wrestling team.





Gianna Bracalenti from St. Marks is headed to Pennsylvania for college. She has committed to St. Joes University where she will run Track and Cross Country.

































Smyrna's Bree Moffett scored the 50th goal of her career with the Eagles Field Hockey team. Moffett, a sophomore, scored the goal in the semifinals of the State Tournament.

Smyrna beat Wilmington Charter 6-1 to advance to the Championship Game on Saturday. Bree Moffett scored two goals as did Ava Pierce. Dru Moffett added a goal and two assists. Freshman Adelina DeNicola scored for the Force.








Cape Henlopen beat Milford 6-0 to advance to the Championship Game where they will have a rematch of last year's final game with the Eagles. For the Vikings, Grace Wiggins scored a hat trick. Devon DeGregory scored two goals and Avary Miller the other.

Division 2 Boy's Soccer Tournament


Leo Chester scored two goals for Indian River as the Indians advance to the quarterfinals where they will play Brandywine at Caravel on Saturday at 5pm. Deny Cruz-Bonilla scored the other goal for the victors.

Tower Hill beat Delmar 3-2 in overtime. Darwin Lopez-Ponce scored a pair of goals for the Wildcats in the loss.

Tommy Hanna Jr. and James Farnan each scored for the Hillers.The Hillers advance to the quarterfinal round where they will take on the #1 seed, Sussex Academy, in Georgetown, on Saturday at 6:30.






Conrad beat Concord 2-1. The Red Wolves move along to the quarterfinals on Saturday. They will play #2 Wilmington Friends, in Wilmington, at 1pm.



St. Marks beat Archmere 4-0. They will play #3 Caravel at Caravel on Saturday at 6:30.
