Delmar's Regan Wells has committed to attend Virginia Wesleyan next year. She will join the Marlins Field Hockey team.

Smyrna's Dru Moffett scored the 50th goal of her career for the Eagles Field Hockey team. The goal came in a win over Sussex Tech.

Conrad beat Newark 11-1. Ava Munden and Madison Strattman each scored four times for the Red Wolves. Munden, a freshman, added an assist.

Ryan Tattersall threw 18 times for 14 completions, 200 yards, and three touchdowns as Wilmington Friends beat Odessa 42-7. The Quakers are 5-1 for the year.

The defending State Champions from Tower Hill needed to come from behind 2 sets to nothing to beat Wilmington Charter at home last night. The Hillers Lydia Spencer had 25 kills to lead the team. Molly Pietlock had 40 assists and 15 kills. Libero Meghan Mumford had 30 digs on defense.

In an important Blue Hen Flight A match, Middletown beat St. Georges in what is also an Appoquinimink District growing rivalry. No stats available for Middletown. Kayla Riley led St. Georges with 19 kills. Middletown holds any tie breakers with St. Georges and Appoquinimink in the conference with just two matches in Flight A left in the regular season.
