Smyrna's Jame Tassone has committed to attend Virginia Wesleyan University. He will play baseball for the Marlins. He is also a member of the Delmarva Aces club team.

Congratulations to four Wilmington Wildcats and their head coach for being named to the Women's Tennis All-CACC Teams. Coach Troy Donato was named the CACC Coach of the Year for the third year in a row.

Jess Purdy was named First Team All-CACC while Kushi Khandoji, Marley Trifunovic, and Valentina Ivankovic were all named Second Team All-CACC.

In a Class 2A game Red Lion beat Mt. Pleasant 35-19 to improve their record to 5-1. Evan Budinger threw for 237 yards and two touchdowns for the Lions.
