Katie Lennon from St. Marks has committed to play soccer for Salisbury U. She is also a long-time member of the Hockessin Soccer Club

Field Hockey

Adia Jones and Juliana Kramer both scored 2 goals and had 1 assist. The Jaguars of Appoquinimink beat William Penn 5-0. They are 8-5 for the year.

Peyton Shields scored three times in the Riders 12-1 over Delmarva Christian. Caesar Rodney is now 10-3.

Caitlin Smith had a hat trick for Tower Hill as the Hillers shutout St. Andrews 7-0.

Football

Quasim Benson scored 4 first-half touchdowns for St. Elizabeth's. The Vikings beat the Saints 50-7. It was in this matchup last year where Benson rushed for over 500 yards and 8 touchdowns. The Vikings are now 7-0 as are the Force of Wilmington Charter in the same District. They play each other next Friday night. Benson now has 25 touchdowns, overall, this year. (68 in his career...2 games with unknown stats in his freshman year.)

Conrad beat Dickinson 46-16. Gabe Welsh threw 5 touchdowns to Lenniek Preston and had an interception of his own. He had 308 yards passing. Preston had 294 yards receiving on 13 catches for those 5 touchdowns and also added 64 rushing yards.

Boys Soccer

Derrick Hawkins scored both of Caesar Rodney's goals including the game-winner in overtime. The Riders beat William Penn 2-1.

Volleyball

Tower Hill beat St. Andrews 3-0. Molly Pietlock had 20 assists, 7 kills and 9 digs for the Hillers. Chloe Sachs led all scorers with 20 kills. The Hillers are now 12-1 with Archmere and Sanford left to play.

Sara Shuts led the Patriots of Newark Charter with 16 kills as they beat Caesar Rodney 3-1. Emily Turner and Leila Seiler each had double digit kill totals. Devin Diodato had 29 assists. Sacha Mardesich had 15 kills for the Riders. The Patriots are now 12-1 with Wilmington Friends and Archmere left. The match against the Auks will determine the Diamond State Conference Champion. Caesar Rodney is 10-4.
