The boys and girls Milford Cross Country squads both won the inaugura Sandhill Fields Invitational in Georgetown. Both squads squeezed out 2 -point wins over runner up Sussex Tech. The boys were led Eric Perry (17:11) who recorded Milford's 10th fastest all-time run and Nate Waydelis who now enters the top 20 all time boys with a 17:30, landing him 17th on the board. The girls were led by Faith Mitchell who finished 3rd overall with a 21:20. Brianna Thompson, Jorja Willey, Sammy Hudson and Paige Thompson rounded out Milford’s top 5.
