Middletown's Rhiannon Bosco has committed to attend Missouri S&T and play soccer for the Miners as she extends her education.









Caesar Rodney Girls Tennis player Erin Gross signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her tennis career at Christopher Newport University. Erin plays First Singles and is a team Captain.







Alex Pastris of Delaware's swimming and diving program has been named CAA Women's Diver of the Week after her performance against Yale over the weekend.


On the 1-meter board, she compiled an NCAA Zone cut score of 269.33. In the 3-meter competition, she posted a score of 265.73. Both performances led the Blue Hens' divers and were good for third-place finishes. Pastris was competing in her second career collegiate meet.





Kevin Siegfried has been named CAA Men's Swimmer of the Week after competing against Yale on Saturday.


Siegfried earned his second CAA Diver of the Week honor after two solid performances. He placed third on the 3-meter board with a score of 299.03 and finished fourth in the 1-meter competition with a score of 249.75. Siegfried also becomes the first CAA Diver with multiple Diver of the Week honors this season.





Field Hockey



Padua beat St. Marks 3-1 to even their record to 6-6 in a much-needed victory. Kelsey Clauss scored two of the three Panda goals, all which came in the first half. St. Marks record is now 8-5.

Lake Forest beat Seaford 10-0 and the Spartans are now 9-4. Emma Massey scored three times and had one assist in the game.









Boy's Soccer



Tower Hill is 8-1-2 for the year as they beat Red Lion 7-1. Tommy Vanni scored three goals and had one assist for the Hillers.

Volleyball



Polytech gave Cape Henlopen an on-court battle but the Vikings prevailed in 4 sets. Tatum Friend led the Vikes with 14 kills. Megan Smith had 33 assists.

Archmere beat Tower Hill in straight sets. While this match doesn't affect either teams entry into the tournament, it will shake up the seedings a little bit. The Auks are now 11-3 and the Hillers 12-2. Archmere plays Newark Charter in the last match of their season which will determine the Diamond State Conference Champion.









Cross Country



The Wilmington Charter Girls Varsity wins the DSAC Cross Country Championship. Veronica Kamenitzer (4th), Olivia Needham (5th) and Colleen Dikeman (7th) earn 1st Team All Conference Honors to lead the way. Nikita Lachke (10th) and Cora Falgowski (13th) earn 2nd Team All Conference Honors and Mary Davis (15th), Ginny Hendrixson (17th) and Arielle Flaherty (19th) earn 3rd Team All Conference Honors.









The Delaware Military Academy Boy's Cross Country team are the 2022 DSAC Champions.
