Padua's Sophia Holgado has committed to attend Virginia Tech University where she will run Track and Cross Country.
Delaware Military Academy named Edward Emmens from the Football team as the Seahawks Athlete of the Month for September
Salesianum's Cam Taylor has made a commitment to Duke University in NC where he will join the Men's Lacrosse team.
Ally Lorenzoni is the MOT Charter Mustang Female Athlete of the Week. She scored 2 goals and had 1 assist in a 4-1 win over AI duPont HS on Wednesday and then followed with another strong showing against DMA the following day.
Adam Noll is the MOT Charter Mustang Male Athlete of the Week. He is from the Cross Country team and has shaved a minute and 27 seconds off of his 5k time from the start of the year to the present time.
Field Hockey
Jordyn Hollamon scored 7 goals for Delmar as the Wildcats beat Woodbridge 9-0. That total places her on the NFHS record list for goals scored in a game, that have been submitted to NFHS.

Polytech beat Sussex Central 8-0. Kylee LaVere scored three goals and had two assists. Rachel Carey scored twice and had three assists for the Panthers. They are 6-2 with Delmar next up on their schedule.

Conrad beat McKean 7-0. 8th grader Juliet Polsky scored three goals for the Red Wolves. Of the 12 goals they have scored in their 2-5 season, thus far, Juliet has 7 of them.
Volleyball
Dover beat Sussex Tech in straight sets to improve their record to 8-2. Sophomore Jasmine Hallum had 37 assists for the Senators. Elizabeth Baughman had 12 kills.

For the first time in their program's history, the Seahawks of Sussex Academy beat Indian River 3-0. Senior Grace Fiorilla led the statistical way with 23 assists.

Wilmington Friends beat their Conference rivals from the Sanford School 3-0. Freshman setter Pamela Moore had 30 assists for the Quakers.

The match of the day was the 3-2 win by the Charter School of Wilmington over Archmere. Catherine Cole led the Force with 39 assists. Miranda Ting had 14 kills. The Force take the lead in the Diamond State Conference with the win. Both teams still have Newark Charter on their schedule.
Newark Charter lost their first match of the year to the Padua Pandas who have now won 4 of 5 to improve their record to 5-4. Kaitlyn Leberstien paced Padua with 9 kills, 17 assists, and 11 service aces.
