Four Wilmington Wildcats earned CACC Player of the Week honors/ Back-to-back weeks for Maria Leguizamon (Defensive Player) for the Women's Soccer team and Eliza Schneider from the Volleyball team as Rookie of the Week. ! Tiffany Banning and Kendall Cramer swept the Cross Country awards

Kate Hines from Delaware Military reached the 1000-dig milestone for her career with the Seahawks Volleyball team.

Lia Henderson from the Volleyball team was named the MOT Charter Female Athlete of the Week.

Max Hanson from Conrad and the Delmarva Aces Baseball Club has committed to attend Alvernia University in Reading.

Osiah Kelley from Sussex Central and the Delmarva Aces Baseball club has committed to attend the University of Maryland. He is currently a Junior.

Charlie Porter from Delaware Military Academy will stay instate to play baseball at the next level with Wilmington University.

Mikey Biondolillo from Odessa has committed to attend Lycoming University in PA where he will play baseball.

Field Hockey

Sophomore Rowan McClosky scored two goals and Senior Lacey Hutson scored 4 as Lake Forest beat Sussex Central 9-0. The D2 Spartans are now 6-3 as the D1 Golden Knights fall to 2-6

Ursuline handed Odessa their first loss of the season beating the Ducks 2-1. Freshman Kendall Gulli scored the game-winning goal for the Raiders. Only Cape Henlopen in D1 and Newark Charter in D2 are left undefeated this year.

Bree Moffett scored what would be the game-winning goal for Smyrna in the Eagles 2-1 over Caravel. The D2 Bucs put up a good fight against the D1 Eagles to fall to 6-4. Smyrna is now 7-2.

In the first 2A3 game of the year, Woodbridge beat Laurel 14-13. Malachi Hayes scored two rushing touchdowns in the second quarter. Both defenses shut each other out in the second half. The Blue Raiders are 4-1 overall.

Volleyball

Padua and Newark Charter went to 5 sets with the Pandas coming out on top to improve to 8-2. Each team had three players in double digits with kills. Hannah McGuigan led Padua with 13. Kennedy Pavlekovich had 17 for the Patriots who drop their second match in a row and are now 6-2.

Delaware Military upsets St. Marks in 5 sets. Maya Hill led the Seahwaks with 14 kills. Libero Kate Hines had 31 assists including the 1000th of her career. They are now 4-4 for the year. The Spartans fall to 7-2.

Milford improves their record to 6-3 with a straight-set victory over First State Military. Senior Riley Nielson, on Senior night, led the Buccaneers with 12 kills. Adrianna Burke had 25 assists.
