Field Hockey - The Delmar Wildcats took over the #1 spot in our newly released Delaware Field Hockey Top 10. They beat their downstate, long-time rival Cape Henlopen 2-1 in overtime in Lewes. Junior Maci Bradford scored both goals for Delmar in the exciting game.

Madelyn Reed had a goal and two assists in Caesar Rodney's 10-0 drubbing of Mt. Pleasant. The Riders pounded the Green Knights with 40 shots on goal and didn't allow a single shot against them. They improve to 5-3.

Boy's Soccer

Mohammed Ztait and Omar Simpson each scored two goals for Christiana as the Vikings beat Dickinson 5-2.

Zach Fantine and Rene Sanchez scored twice a piece for St. Georges. They win 8-0 over Newark High School

Delcastle's Anthony Gonzales-Escobar picked up two goals and an assist for the Cougars. They beat Middletown 5-0.

Milford's Brandon Zelaya-Hernandez scored twice and had three assists in the Bucs win against the Ducks of Odessa. Alexander Davis had a hat trick for Milford.

Mason Ball scored three times and Damian Kunie twice in Delmar's 8-0 win over Odyssey Charter.


Volleyball

Audrey Lyons led Padua with 27 assists as the Pandas swept Caravel in three sets. Meghan Peters had 10 kills.

Sierra Troyer had 12 kills for Delmarva Christian against Indian River in a 3-1 set victory.

Isabel Esenyan dished out 30 assists in Newark Charter's 3-0 win against Conrad Olivia Enwanyu had 40 assists for Dover as they defeated Cape Henlopen in straight sets. Kendra Williams had 16 kills and Kimberly Czepukaitis had 15. Sussex Central upsets Smyrna in 5 sets coming from behind 2 sets to 1 to record the win. Brenya Reid for the Golden Knights had 33 kills. McTeer had 36 assists. Richardson had 23 kills for the Eagles. Melissa Eddy had 23 kills, Gabrielle Davis 30 assists, and Kaitlyn Hand dug out 37 volleyballs as Caesar Rodney defeated Polytech 3-1.

Abby Carian led the Quakers of Wilmington Friends with 15 kills in their conference win against Sanford in straight sets.
