Caroline Scott from Woodbridge has committed to attend Wilmington University. She will play softball for the Wildcats.

Gavin Newcombe from Wilmington Charter has committed to attend Bucknell University in PA where he will join the Soccer team.

In Red Lion Christian's 37-2 win over Concord, Evan Budinger threw two touchdown passes which included the 50th of his career with the Lions.

Caesar Rodney beat Seaford 10-0. The Riders Addison Plews scored 4 goals. Elizabeth McCarthy had 4 assists. CR is 4-6 for the year.

Delmar beat Dover 8-0. Jordyn Hollamon scored 5 more goals to give her 44 for the year. Marleigh Wells had the shutout in goal for the Wildcats.

Alexa Guarneri scored 4 times for Wilmington Charter as the Force shutout Sanford 6-0. She now has 25 for the year which sets the new Force record for goals in a single season.

Wilmington Friends improved their record to 8-1 with a 9-1 win against Concord. Molly Dolan scored a hat trick for the Quakers. Sawyer Rowland had a goal and three assists.

Milford beat Laurel in straight sets. Adrianna Burke had 25 assists for the Buccaneers who are hunting a playoff berth with their 7-3 record.

In a critical Diamond State Conference matchup, Delaware Military beat Archmere in 5 sets. Maddie August and Maya Hill each had 11 kills for the Seahawks. They are now 5-4 for the year. The Auks are 5-5.

In the other key Diamond State Conference match yesterday, Newark Charter beat Wilmington Charter in straight sets. Kennedy Pavlekovich and Aria Hoff each had 12 kills for the Patriots. They are now 7-2. The Force are now 8-2.


Dickinson beat Howard in straight sets. Junior Cassidy Oakes led the Rams with 23 assists and had 12 service aces.
