Lily Rogers from the University of Delaware reached the 1000 assist milestone for her career with the Blue Hens Volleyball team.
The Panda's traveled to Virginia for its 2024 Cross Country season opener and had a record-setting day. The relay team of Anna Bockius, Bri Heffernan, Vera Cincilla, Teresina DeAscanis, and Paige Ballinger smashed the course record by almost one full minute to become the first ever out-of-state team to win the Girls Championship A Race.

Smyrna beat Padua 11-0. Junior Bree Moffett scored 4 goals and assisted on three others. Junior McKenna Wilson scored three times and added one assist of her own for the Eagles. They even their record at 2-2. Padua falls to 2-3.

Caravel beat Tatnall 7-0. Senior Katie Cole had three goals and two assists for the Bucs who are now 4-0. The Hornets are now 2-2.

Madison Dallas scored 7 goals for MOT Charter in a game against McKean on the 13th. That would make her effort tied for 4th best all time in the NFHS history for individual goals in a game.
